Kinda feeling faster, but I don't know.
da numbers:
- 400m easy free
- 6 x 100m free easy/hard @2:30
- these were hard, easy first 50 then screaming hard back
- coming in between 1:32 - 1:37
- 2 x 100m pull w/ paddles
- coming in just after 1:30 - that means I'm tired
- 400m fly kick
